One of the City Different's most beloved and iconic establishments, the Cafe’s creative menu of eclectic, modern Southwestern Cuisine has set the bar for fine dining in Santa Fe and the nation.

 

Opened by celebrity chef Mark Miller in 1987, the Cafe was instrumental in pioneering the use of regional, native ingredients in creative contemporary dishes. It won instant acclaim from diners and critics around the country, and that acclaim is still realized today.
